Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians in Pinellas County.

Part Time: 20-30 hours weekly

Brief Job Description

Perform routine janitorial and maintenance duties to maintain and preserve the physical integrity and appearance of the property’s common areas. Responsibilities include building repairs, upkeep of grounds, facilities, streets, and equipment. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, fire protection, life safety, and other building systems.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience.
• CPO - Pool Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Broad experience in general maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures.
• Pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Proficient in operating hand tools, power equipment, and machinery.
• Good verbal communication skills.
