Position Summary

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring a part-time Property & Maintenance Technician to maintain the grounds and ensure a safe, pleasant environment for members and staff. The role primarily involves mowing and landscaping at the Wilton and Corinth branches.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

• Perform mowing and landscaping to maintain grounds' appearance and safety.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers and trimmers.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

Secondary Duties:

• Assist with general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure facilities are well-maintained and safe.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of prior work experience.
• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
