• Location: Crothall Healthcare - 1 Convention Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, weekends and holidays; more details upon interview.
• Requirements: Previous housekeeping, floor care, and customer service experience are preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $18.21 to $19.92 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs maintenance duties across various facilities and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain, repair, and operate plant, mechanical areas, and grounds.
2. Perform basic maintenance and repairs; coordinate with supervisors and vendors.
3. Update work statuses using company tech systems.
4. Support fleet maintenance, including welding, plumbing, electrical, and vehicle troubleshooting.
5. Assist in minor repairs and report major issues.
6. Clean sidewalks, parking areas, and dispose of debris.
7. Operate electrical and gasoline-powered equipment.
8. Maintain and repair equipment using tools.
9. Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall maintenance.
10. Respond to emergency repairs and perform emergency response duties.
11. Maintain logs, perform rounds, and complete work orders.
12. Follow detailed instructions both verbally and written.
13. Serve as part of the emergency response team.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of related maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Exposure to heat, noise, dust, and infection control areas.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
