MG Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Park 12 property in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will handle a range of tasks from cleaning and grounds upkeep to appliance repairs, painting, and turnovers, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in apartment maintenance, comfort with multiple trades, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. Benefits include bonuses, PTO, holidays, 401K, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Handle emergency calls as needed.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team atour beautiful property, Park 12, in San Diego, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$27/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
