Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Park 12 in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will perform multi-trade maintenance, respond to service requests, and maintain common areas with a strong customer-service mindset.

Requirements include 2+ years in apartment maintenance, experience in plumbing/electrical/AC, reliable transportation, and willingness to join on-call rotation. We offer bonuses, PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team atour beautiful property, Park 12, in San Diego, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$27/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
