Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors in Victorville, CA is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across communities, repairs, and grounds upkeep. You will ensure curb appeal and safety, assist with contractors, and provide excellent service to residents.

The role requires high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license; outdoor work in varying temperatures; prior maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 6 months in maintenance experience in the apartment or manufactured housing industry (Preferred).
• 6 months in snow removal experience (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across Sun communities.
• Repair homes and facilities, maintain grounds, streets, and equipment.
• Inspect irrigation, water systems, and meters; perform minor repairs.
• Operate community vehicles; transport supplies between sites.
• Assist with supervision of service contractors and move-in/move-out spotting.
