Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Service Technician for The Rowe at Commonwealth in Charlotte, NC. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure cleanliness, safety, and full functionality of the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, maintaining inventory, and documenting work. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with on-call rotation and a 25-person unit community.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required (Applies to all Service Technicians).
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repairs of building systems per policy and safety standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate tasks with vendors as needed.
• Track inventory and return unused items to proper location; notify supervisor for re-orders.
