Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for Trailside NoDa in Charlotte, NC. The role involves technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory management, documentation, and general maintenance of grounds and facilities.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certifications required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• State and local licensing requirements apply.
• A valid driver's license is required to operate golf carts on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacants and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory from maintenance department and reports reorder needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as required.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.

Education

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal Certifications

State/Local Certifications
