Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Avana Court in Duluth, GA. This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready tasks for new move-ins, inventory management, documentation, and on-site upkeep. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; a rotating on-call schedule

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required for all technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks and schedule vendors for turnover.
• Track materials and return unused items to stock.
• Document service orders accurately for tracking.
• Assist with grounds, cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Support cost-containment by proper use of parts and materials.
