Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Contour Luxury Apts in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on timely service requests, system repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep the community safe and welcoming for residents.

You will perform make‑ready tasks, inspections, and on‑call duties as needed, while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting and general maintenance practices.
• Experience with work order systems and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair issues across building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment, buildings and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and complete turn tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections for safety and maintenance needs.
• Assist with on‑call emergencies and maintain open communication with residents.
