Centerspace is hiring a Service (Maintenance) Technician in Denver, CO. You will join the Service team to prepare new apartment homes and assist in routine repairs, supporting property upkeep and high-quality resident service.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance across building systems, with responsibilities in common areas and vacant unit readiness, plus strong customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Must be available for on-call work (possible evening, weekend, and overnight calls).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to learn and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting/drywall, etc.
