Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain manufacturing machinery and facilities equipment. You will repair automated controls, interpret schematics, and perform major electrical, mechanical, and construction work.

The role includes preventive maintenance and collaboration with internal customers to ensure equipment uptime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting drive-related issues on multiple controller brands, preparing materials lists, and coordinating with service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or GED equivalent.
• Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Industrial Machinery preferred.
• Three (3) plus years of experience in Maintenance is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing machinery and facilities equipment.
• Repair electrical, mechanical, and construction systems and apply repair/install work.
• Troubleshoot drive-related issues for controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley and others).
• Prepare bills of material and initiate purchase requisitions for major jobs.
• Communicate status and issues through the work order system; ensure uptime and preventive maintenance.
