Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Elk Grove property to ensure the physical aspects of buildings and common areas meet standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. On-call duties, a 20% housing discount, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.
• 1–2 years maintenance or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling repairs.
• Track inventory and coordinate with maintenance supervisor for supplies.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for tracking.
