ResidentialONE seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to uphold property upkeep in our Maryland portfolio. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repairs under supervision, ensuring units and common areas are safe and inviting.

This on-site position requires versatility, on-call availability, and proactive preventive maintenance. Experience with multi-family housing and safety standards is highly valued, with opportunities to train others and coordinate with

Qualifications

• On-call schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Maintenance experience with multi-family housing or related field.
• Familiar with Safety Standards Acts, OSHA, and applicable safety standards.
• Some formal training or experience in carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, refurbishing and cleaning.
• HVAC certifications and CFC basics are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance projects across units and common areas.
• Perform light electrical repairs (fixtures, switches, outlets).
• Perform light plumbing tasks (clearing stoppages, fittings).
• Repair/replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and finishes as needed.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and repair drywall prior to painting.
• Assist in custodial and grounds work as required.
• Inspect units and common areas; assist with inspections and move-in/out readiness.
