Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.
• Complete pre-move-out inspections and documentation accurately.
• Manage inventory, schedule vendors/contractors, and track supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Possess EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Maintain documentation of tasks and safety checks.
• Support grounds upkeep and cost-cutting efforts.
• Participate in safety protocols and meetings.
• Rotating on-call schedule with weekend/evening/morning availability.
