Hillpointe seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep its properties’ buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. The role requires performing work orders, inspections, and preparing vacant units to welcome new tenants.

You will manage inventory, coordinate supplies, and contribute to safety programs. A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property and EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications are required or pursued.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Must have or be willing to obtain EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• High School diploma or GED and related experience or training.
