Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and complete make-ready repairs on schedule.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
• Perform floating duties as assigned.
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds, snow removal, landscaping, and common areas.
