Beacon Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Southgate in Southgate, MI. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance to protect the property’s physical integrity and support resident satisfaction.

The role involves on-call duties, multitasking across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and locks, and ensuring timely service requests are completed. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of residential properties.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and complete make-ready repairs on schedule.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
• Perform floating duties as assigned.
• Maintain curb appeal including grounds, snow removal, debris cleanup, and common area upkeep.
