• Current, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Effectively handle service requests and complete make-ready repairs on schedule.
• Participate in 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call rotations.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to uphold property integrity.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal, including snow removal and landscaping work.
