Job summary

Waypoint Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Daytona Beach community. You will maintain all aspects of the apartment community, perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and other equipment, and ensure units are move-in ready.

Candidate should have strong customer service, on-call availability, and knowledge of OSHA standards. EPA Section 608 certification is required. We offer benefits from day one, 401k matching, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and property upkeep.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall maintenance of the apartment community.
• Diagnose service problems and repair or replace parts.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and attractive for residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and equipment.
• Respond promptly to priority work orders and safety concerns.
• Handle plumbing, general maintenance, and light carpentry tasks.
