Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Easton Place in Murfreesboro, TN. You will perform technical and mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards, with on-call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, make-ready tasks, inventory management, and safety compliance. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with benefits and OR housing discounts available for onsite staff.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections, punch list creation, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials, tracking inventory and notifying supervisor for re-orders.
• Completes documentation to properly document and track service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
