Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Boston to deliver dependable maintenance and turn-over services for residents. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs while ensuring safety and building upkeep.

The role requires on-site work with a commitment to exceptional resident service, weekend/evening availability, and on-call readiness for emergencies. A trades background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Available for emergencies at the property, including an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Showing care and concern for residents through service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Preserving the building and community safety through upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
• Working weekends or evenings and being on-call for after-hour emergencies.
