Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure resident comfort through timely repairs and preventive maintenance. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, plus preparing vacant units and maintaining building safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergencies including on-call rotations.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently and 10–20 pounds constantly.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Perform general upkeep and grounds maintenance for safety and appearance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for emergencies.
