Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle on-site upkeep, repairs and resident services at our properties. The role includes completing preventative maintenance, resolving HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues, and preparing vacant units for move-in, while ensuring a safe, clean community environment.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends or evenings as part of an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Maintain building cleanliness, snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after hour emergencies.
