Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Quincy, MA team. You will address preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances, and prepare apartments for move-ins with turnover work.

Responsibilities include on-call emergency coverage, delivering excellent resident service, and maintaining property safety and curb appeal. A trades education and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and trades education.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
• Strong communication and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service through ticket resolution and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in with turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain building safety and aesthetics through general upkeep, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on an on-call basis.
