Job summary

Gables is seeking Maintenance Technicians who are resourceful and ready to tackle mechanical challenges across our community. You’ll perform touch-up, plumbing, electrical repairs and keep resident spaces in top condition to deliver the signature service that our residents expect.

You will be on-call on a rotational basis and focus on building maintenance, inspections, and preventive tasks to uphold the community’s appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs expertise.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Willingness to be on call on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and units to meet the Gables Standard.
• Respond to maintenance requests and conduct routine inspections to prevent issues.
