Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking Maintenance Technicians to service our residential communities. You will handle HVAC repairs, plumbing and electrical tasks, and other general maintenance to keep the environment safe and inviting for residents.

On-call on a rotational basis with a focus on timely, quality work. You’ll contribute to the community’s appearance and operate under the Gables Standard, supporting exceptional resident experiences and career growth through ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community and ensure vacants and occupied apartments meet the Gables Standard.
• Respond to on-call rotations across the week.
• Perform touch-up paint, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Support overall community upkeep and resident satisfaction.
