You’ll work on-site, on a rotational on-call schedule, and contribute to maintaining the property to the Gables Standard while supporting residents and associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Experience with unit inspections and related trades.
• On-call, 7 days a week rotation when required.
