Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking a Resourceful Maintenance Technician to keep our community in top condition. You’ll handle HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, perform routine maintenance, and ensure the property meets the Gables Standard.

You will work on-call on a 7-day rotating basis, respond promptly to resident needs, and contribute to a positive living experience with a focus on safety, efficiency, and great service.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC repairs, plumbing and electrical installations.
• Experience with general repairs across a community setting.
• Ability to diagnose and fix maintenance issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks to uphold the Gables Standard.
• Carry out unit inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to on-call requests as part of a rotating schedule.
