Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Denver-area communities safe, functional, and welcoming. You will handle HVAC repairs, plumbing and electrical work, preventive maintenance, and general building repairs while delivering the signature service residents expect.

You will perform repairs across the community, respond on a rotating schedule, and conduct unit inspections in both vacant and occupied apartments, ensuring all spaces meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades.
• Solution-driven, effective at troubleshooting mechanical challenges.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional presence with residents.
• Committed to community appearance and standards.
• Flexible to work on call rotations and multiple shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay $24.00–$26.50 plus bonuses.
