• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing; schedules vendors as needed.
• Manages materials and tools, tracks inventory and notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
