Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of properties meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support upkeep of grounds and amenities.

The role includes completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, managing inventory, and documenting tasks to support service requests and cost control.

Qualifications

• Maintains building interiors, exteriors, and amenities to Greystar standards.
• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Follows safety policies and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares units for leasing and move-ins with a thorough punch list.
• Tracks materials and inventories and notifies for re-ordering.
