Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community well-maintained and to ensure residents enjoy a high-quality living experience.

The role covers touch-up painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general upkeep across the property. On-call availability is required on a rotating basis throughout the year, with competitive pay and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs.
• Flexible in ability to serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year.
• Task-oriented and punctual, you're comfortable working through day-to-day tasks while meeting deadlines for recurring community needs.
• Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.
• Committed to the community’s overall appearance and motivated to ensure that all vacant and occupied apartment homes are held to the Gables Standard.
