Job summary

Responsibilities include snow removal, patching walls, repairing wheels, beds, fixtures, roof cleaning, preventive maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, moving equipment, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year maintenance experience.
• Must be organized, energetic and motivated.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to speak and write the English language.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal and sanding as needed.
• Repair equipment including wheels, beds, furniture and appliances.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Basic electrical tasks such as replacing outlets and light fixtures.
• Basic plumbing tasks including faucet replacements and repairing waste lines.
• Move equipment and furniture and maintain tools.
