Vesta Management in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations for our apartment communities. You will perform assigned maintenance tasks to uphold safety, appearance, and operational standards, respond quickly to resident service requests, and ensure units are move-in ready.

This role requires on-call availability, nights and weekends, with potential drive of a company vehicle.

• Be on-call for 24/7 emergency maintenance service.
• Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies and keep the maintenance shop organized.
