Job summary

RADCO is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Flourish Park Apartments in Clarkston, GA. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience and HVAC/EPA certifications. The position includes on-call duties, preventive maintenance, and routine repairs with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing repairs, and other general maintenance skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends for on-call service requests.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property is well kept and address safety concerns promptly.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance or repair, including HVAC troubleshooting and pool maintenance.
• Move appliances and assist in moving items as needed.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours.
• Respond to on-call emergencies after hours with immediate response.
• Communicate clearly with residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Support RADCO values and team objectives.
• Travel locally; may use personal vehicle; carpooling encouraged.
