Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Make Ready Technician for the Charlotte, NC area. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and ensure the property remains well-kept.

On-call shifts and on-site responsibilities are required, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA Type I & II or Universal certification, and a drive to deliver high-quality workmanship while

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal certification required for refrigerant recycling.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proven knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing, and other general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property is well kept and address safety concerns promptly.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Diagnose and perform maintenance, including HVAC troubleshooting and pool maintenance if applicable.
• Assist in moving appliances and furniture; complete service requests within 24 hours.
