RADCO is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and respond to on-call requests to keep multifamily properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Ability to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property is well kept and safety issues addressed.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and pool maintenance as needed.
• Assist in moving appliances and inventory around property.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Respond to on-call emergencies with after-hours support.
