Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Overlook Ridge in Atlanta, GA. The role centers on maintaining apartment communities, addressing safety concerns, and performing routine preventive maintenance under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily properties
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required
• CPO certification preferred
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs desired

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and other systems
• Assist in moving and transferring appliances and equipment as needed
• Handle on-call service requests and after-hours emergencies as scheduled
• Maintain clear communication with residents and managers
