Job summary

RADCO Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Overlook Ridge in Atlanta, GA. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recovery, and prefers CPO certification.

You will handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance duties, with on-call responsibilities and on-site teamwork to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proven knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing repairs, and other general maintenance skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with pride in quality of work.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to use personal vehicle for work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property is well kept and address safety concerns promptly.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting and pool maintenance if applicable.
• Move appliances and equipment between storage and apartments as needed.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours, barring extraordinary parts/labor.
• Respond to on-call emergencies with rapid response and bonuses.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.
