Qualifications

• 2+ years in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service oriented with team collaboration.
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Paint units and perform turnovers.
• Handle emergency calls.
