Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at a multi-family community in Centennial, CO. You will report to the Service Manager and handle resident work orders, preventative maintenance, and move‑ins/move‑outs.

Responsibilities include repairing in-unit and common-area items, documenting updates in our management software, and supporting the maintenance team to uphold safety and property standards. A proactive customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of on-site maintenance experience.
• Experience delivering customer service as part of a management team.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests as directed by the Service Manager.
• Document service requests, updates, closures and pending items in the property management software.
• Repair or replace lighting, filters, fans, paint in-unit and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist other maintenance team members with upkeep, including landscaping, trash removal and cleaning.
• Identify and correct hazardous conditions as directed by the Service Manager.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Contribute to a team culture focused on customer service.
