Rainey Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the interiors, exteriors, and common areas across our multifamily properties in top condition. You will perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks while coordinating with the property team to uphold safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

The role requires at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, and HVAC certification is preferred. A reliable vehicle and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide maintenance support to ensure peak performance of all systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Complete assigned projects in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.
• Follow up on service requests within 24 hours.
