Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties safe, attractive, and operational. You’ll diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks while coordinating with the Maintenance Lead to meet service deadlines.

You will interact with residents, vendors, and staff to ensure safety, curb appeal, and quality workmanship. A valid driver's license and EPA certifications are required; on-site work is expected

Qualifications

EPA Certification (Type I & II) is required.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
Willingness to work any day, 52 weeks/year, including overtime/on-call.
Strong verbal communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair major appliances and HVAC systems; basic plumbing and electrical; carpentry and painting.
Assist Maintenance Lead with prioritizing service requests and budget adherence.
Prepare vacant units for rent-ready status and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
Inspect grounds and property features to ensure safety and minimize risk.
