Gables Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep our communities and support residents with a high standard of service. You will tackle HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks, keeping residents comfortable and safe.

The role requires hands-on maintenance expertise, reliability for on-call rotations, and a focus on maintaining the appearance and readiness of vacant and occupied units. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Comfortable performing touch-ups, plumbing and electrical repairs.
• On-call availability on a rotational basis throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Complete unit inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Address reoccurring community needs in a timely manner.
