Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Lawrenceville, GA. The role supports preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance across the property, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The ideal candidate will perform on-site work, assist with make-ready, and ensure safety compliance. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with on-call responsibilities and a strong focus on resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance and cosmetic repairs across common areas and units.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain swimming pool area and chemical logs.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; follow Asset key policy.
• Assist in inventory and record-keeping.
