Aeon is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join Mary Hall, an 88-unit permanent supportive housing community located in historic Downtown St. Paul.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position has no on‑call responsibilities, offering a predictable schedule while providing meaningful work that helps ensure residents have safe, well‑maintained homes. Qualifications

• Experience with apartment maintenance and multifamily properties.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Own basic maintenance tools and be able to obtain Boiler license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, doors, and general building components in a resident-focused, timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and coordinate turns with Property Manager and vendors.
• Maintain safety and appearance of common areas and grounds, assist with seasonal tasks and inspections.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents and coordinate with team to prioritize work and safety.
