Job summary

Aeon is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Mary Hall, an 88-unit permanent supportive housing community in Downtown St. Paul.

The role covers repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers to keep homes safe and welcoming for residents. You will work closely with the Property Manager, performing a wide range of tasks from plumbing and electrical to general carpentry, and ensuring safety and high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with apartment, multifamily, or similar building maintenance.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and building systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to extend the life of building systems and equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure safety and function.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inspections.
