Job Details:

Location: Automated Warehouse, Orlando

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You Will Do

As a Coke Florida Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, providing preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines, facilitating change-over, and assisting with the overhaul and installation of new equipment, aiming to perform most tasks in-house.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support maintenance of automated warehouse systems and production lines
• Safely maintain assets, including conveyance systems and electromechanical components
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Overhaul and install new equipment
• Rebuild and fabricate parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Manage parts inventory and generate work orders
• Perform equipment change-overs and line setups
• Ensure efficient operation of automated warehousing systems

Requirements

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience in automation or production environments (preferred)
• Experience in high-speed industrial settings
• Mechanical and technical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to interpret manufacturer specifications and schematics
• Hand tools provided by the employee

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

• EET/MET or Mechatronics degree
• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience
• Experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
• Knowledge of PLC programming
• Mill and Lathe experience
• TPM maintenance knowledge
• SAP experience
• Front-Line Leadership experience
