Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking a Maintenance Technician for nights to keep our highly automated production line running safely and efficiently, with preventive maintenance and proactive troubleshooting.

The role reports to the Director of Maintenance and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, PTO from day one, health/dental/vision, 401(k), quarterly attendance bonuses, relocation assistance, and a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.

Pay Range:$36.00 Hour - $40.00 Hour

Shift: Days 5pm-5am (2-2-3 rotation)

Summary

CraftMark Bakery is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its highly automated, state-of-the-art commercial bakery. The role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Primary responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance onengines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines


• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems


• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.


• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications


• Analyzes/Maintain equipment throughout the plant


• Follow all safety policies and procedures


• Understands specifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment


• Basic computer skills


• Strong commitment to workplace safety
